Kam Pua Mee

Sibu is known for its array of delicacies that are not only delicious but extremely affordable as well. The central region of Sarawak is renowned for the freshest seafood that includes river fish and prawns as well as local hawker dishes that are certainly must-haves when visiting the bustling town.

Most famous and sought after food in Sibu is  Kampua Mee (Mee = noodles). Kampua Mee is parallel to Kolok Mee in Kuching, but prepared in slighty different manner using similar ingredients. Read more
